What is a personal trainer?
Personal trainers are part-coach, part-lifestyle mentor and part-friend. They have a variety of skills above and beyond the level of competency of most fitness instructors. This type of training is ideal for all, regardless of ability, level of fitness and motivation.
Why use a Personal Trainer?
Regular one to one contact
Training programmes are written towards achieving the clients goals and needs
The client receives continuous feedback and reinforcement on progress and performance
Reduced risk of injury
Goals are reviewed frequently and are therefore more likely to be achieved
All programmes are designed and implemented to reflect the clients actual physical capacity and not an estimate of ability
There are several options available:
Personal training at the client’s home or in the gym, working towards a set of specific goals/targets, to be decided beforehand. Each session is one hour at a cost of £35. It is recommended that the client follows the fitness programme throughout the week to ensure progress is made.
Training + Nutritional Plan
This works alongside the training to enable the client to maximise results, a one off cost £35 and lasts as long as the client is having personal training.
